Columbian Pavilion

An Experience and Enjoyment with a capital E

The Columbian Pavilion, a former building of the EXPO world fair in Hanover, invites guests to sit back, relax and enjoy a delicious meal with a direct view of the Allersee lake. The building’s attractive location with a large outdoor terrace and a platform leading out onto the water takes guests on a culinary journey on which they can discover international crossover cuisine with Columbian accents. Special highlights include the pavilion’s very own bakery, the “SÜSSE WERKSTATT” and coffee-roasting facility, which sell products that visitors can also take home with them.

Modern elements and a newly designed kitchen under new management help to create a unique symbiosis of a dynamic experience and exciting enjoyment in a prominent location. Visitors to the pavilion can not only enjoy delicious meals, but also take some time out to relax. The pavilion’s excellent setting and direct connection to the Allerpark as a recreational area at the heart of the city also enables visitors to make the most of an exciting and diverse programme of different events and weekend activities.

The Columbian Pavilion offers the ideal delicacies for every guest. At the weekend, for example, early birds can enjoy its large breakfast buffet. The lunch menu aims to provide small meals or balanced business lunches and in the afternoon, its range of food and drink is rounded off by sweet treats from its very own over-view bakery.

If you want to go out for a meal with your friends, family or business partners, you will not only find an exclusive selection of fresh dishes on the evening menu, but can also speak to the staff at the pavilion to arrange the perfect catering to suit all taste buds for individual celebrations such as christenings, birthdays, confirmation, etc.
